Pune has a lot to offer to birdwatchers and nature enthusiasts. All the more reason to conserve the wilderness, indigenous trees and plants still standing. Winter mornings and a weekly holiday spell quiet and calm streets with hardly any traffic. That is when the beauty of the older part of this still beautiful city becomes apparent.
