Kleinhovia Hospita to be exact. Named after Dr C Kleinhoff, a German botanist who was in the service of the Dutch East India Company. Pune is fortunate to have this grand spreading tree with its delicate pink blossoms that turn into papery bunches of fruits. Saw this specimen fruiting in November. A few delicate blooms were around too. The photos simply cannot do justice to its height - it reaches more than 3 floors of a building.
